Kerri is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Mindful Warrior Alliance.
She is originally from Washington State, is a military spouse and currently calls Florida home. Kerri is a licensed psychotherapist by day and is passionate about growing the nonprofit when she is not seeing clients or cuddling with her 2 fur babies, Logi and Otis. Kerri’s inspiration for starting Mindful Warrior Alliance came from combining her advocacy for military mental health and her infertility journey. Kerri and her husband and co-founder, Austin, struggled with infertility for over 4 years and after seeing the lack of mental, emotional and financial support available for military members, they were inspired to start Mindful Warrior Alliance. When she is not walking her pups or introducing her clients to meditation, you can find her researching, doing yoga or putting hot sauce on absolutely anything.

Austin is the Chief Operations Officer and co-founder of Mindful Warrior Alliance
He is originally from Vermont and is currently stationed in Florida as an active-duty member of the Air Force. He and his wife Kerri, co-founder, struggled with infertility for four years and despite having TRICARE insurance, had to pay out of pocket for all fertility related treatments. Fueled by the lack of coverage and care provided by TRICARE military insurance, they decided to take matters into their own hands and support their fellow military members who are struggling to start families and afford potentially life changing treatment. When Austin isn’t hustling for the non-profit or working his full time job in the military he can be found on the beach volleyball courts or partaking in numerous outdoor activities. Austin and Kerri’s hope is that the nonprofit can bring hope to military members struggling with fertility and mental health across the nation.

Kelly is the Treasurer of Mindful Warrior Alliance. She is originally from the suburbs of Chicago, however has called many states home as the proud wife of an Air Force pilot. Her fiscal qualification comes from nearly eight years of professional experience as a CPA in public accounting. Her passion for the Mindful Warrior Alliance mission stems from her own struggles with infertility. After witnessing first-hand the difficulty and lack of support provided to military members and their families, she knew something had to change. For this reason, she was so grateful to join the Mindful Warrior Alliance team and work proactively to bring about needed change. When not focusing on the not-for-profit, she is spending her time with her husband, Jake, their new son, Joshua, and her two fur babies Oakley and Ryder.
